At 44 years old and recovering from a neck injury, I started training with Rob. I was terrified of reinjuring myself. During 3 years of strength and conditioning training, Rob transformed my body and attitude towards fitness. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and taught me what exercises to avoid. Now, at 48 years old I compete in Spartan Races with relative ease. Training with Rob was a life changing experience, both physically and mentally. In my six years as a major league baseball player I have come across my fair share of trainers, and one of favorites Rob Guarino. He’s talented, innovative, motivated, and knowledgeable. If you have the opportunity to train with him, I highly recommend it. Simply put, he’s in a league of his own.

I've worked with other trainers in the past, and I can confidently say that Rob is THE BEST TRAINER, hands down, and truly a cut above all the rest! Put simply, Rob is the best there is! I have trained with a number of trainers and he is by far the most effective and fun. His unique style keeps working out interesting and really burns calories. I have lost over 35 pounds since I started with him and have managed to keep it off using his regimen of weights, calisthenics, and boxing.
